Made-to-Order Products
- All Made to Order products are made once we receive your order along with your measurements and take around 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
- Our Made to Order products are directly shipped from our manufacturing unit in Pakistan.
- Please ask for estimated manufacturing & delivery time for Custom Made Orders.
- We greatly appreciate your patience during this period. On rare occasions, we may be waiting on the required fabric or materials in which case you will be notified of any delays.
- Please be certain that we take the best possible care of your order, from its preparation to its packaging. However, if you wish to get in touch regarding the status of your order, please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us.
Custom Orders
- Custom orders will be manufactured and shipped as per the terms and conditions agreed with the potential customers while processing their orders.
Shipping of Available Stock
- Orders for stocked items will generally be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment and depending on the availability of goods.
Shipping Cost
- Shipping costs are calculated depending on weight and the shipping destination and will be displayed on the checkout page.
Free Shipping
- We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders above $699.
Delivery Time
- Regular-size orders & stocked items are delivered to your doorstep within 10 to 15 working days after receiving and confirmation of your order.
- Made to measure, Custom Made & back orders may take about 3 to 4 weeks to complete and shipped after all the details are confirmed.
- In some countries, custom clearing takes longer than in others. This can cause a delay in delivery. We request you to wait a few extra days if this situation occurs.

Handling Fees & Taxes
- We charge no handling fee & all taxes are included in the item’s price.
- You may be asked to pay import duties or customs taxes depending on your country/territory laws; we have no control over it.
- If a shipment is rejected because of custom clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fee incurred in the process.
Shipping Partners
- We have shipping & delivery contracts with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, DPEX & SKYNET. Your order’s contents and delivery address will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
- Our website is integrated with DHL & FEDEX, allowing both you and us to track your parcel’s every move from our door to yours!
- Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes on any of our delivery services.
